Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (for ready-to-wear collection): Orders from our ready-to-wear collection will be processed and shipped within 10-15 business days. International delivery takes approximately 10-15 business days.
Custom-Made Dresses: For custom-made dresses, please allow a processing and shipping time of 1-2 months.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order

value or destination.

Delivery
All orders are shipped with insurance to ensure your beautiful dresses and accessories arrive in perfect condition.
We ship worldwide! For deliveries outside of United States (US) additional customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
Custom-Made Dresses: Custom-made dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Ready-to-Wear Dresses: Dresses from our ready-to-wear collection can be returned within 5 business days of receipt, provided they are in original condition, without smells and unwashed. Please ensure the dress is securely original packaged for the return shipment.
